Kupwara: The Security forces on Saturday found a suspicious object believed to be an Improved Explosive Device (IED) at Salkoot-Kupwara in north Kashmir’s, officials said here.

An official told that the suspicious object was found by the security forces, following which a Bomb Disposal Squad was called in.

He said that traffic from Kupwara to Hyhama belt has been temporarily halted and diverted as a precautionary measure—(KNO)
